How to Order:

Call the catering office at (608) 226-9593 or e-mail us at sales@kitchenhearth.net. It's a good idea to reserve the
date in advance, even if you have not made decisions on the menu.

For many of our menu items, we require a minimum of 48 hour notice for catering orders. Orders placed with
less than 24 hour notice, menu choices may be limited, but we will always try to accommodate your last minute
orders as best we can. A $.50 charge per person or a minimum of $10.00 will be added for orders placed
after 4:00 p.m. on the business day before your event.

Deliveries:

$10.00 charge for deliveries/return trips within Madison Metro Area and if delivery time is weekdays between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
$20.00 charge for all weekend delivery/return trips and for weekdays before 10:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m.

$10.00 additional charge for orders under $50.00.

$50.00 gratuity charge for delivery on these holidays:

Christmas, Easter, Independence Day, Memorial Day
Thanksgiving, Labor Day, New Year’s Day

We deliver anywhere! Call our sales office for delivery charge information outside of the Madison area.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation request is given fewer than 48 hours in advance, the customer is responsible for full payment of the order.
For parties over 50 people, a two-week notice is required to cancel an order.

Staff Services:

For staff services beyond delivering the food, such as set-up, serving, or clean-up, the charge is $20.00 an hour
per staff person. For groups requiring staff to remain on site, a service charge of 18-20% of the food is
charged to your bill or a minimum service charge of $50.00 per staff person. On-site chef service is $25.00
an hour per chef. On-site Catering Director services $25.00 per hour. For staffed events, charges are billed
on a portal-to-portal basis. Kitchen Hearth also provides formal plate service. Please contact our Catering
Director for more information on charges.

Serving Materials:

All plastic cutlery, plates, napkins are included with your food order at no charge. Kitchen Hearth charges for serving pieces and
equipment. Our salespeople can explain these charges when you place your order.

Payment:

Corporate events: If you would like to establish a corporate charge account, we would be happy to set one up for you.
Payment terms for corporate billing are 15 days. For orders $1500 and over, 50% of estimated order is due 10 days
prior to the event.

Private events: For orders under $500 we require COD payment.
For orders over $500, Please follow this payment schedule:
  • To reserve the date, $100.00 down payment is required. (This is refundable only if the veent is cancelled up to 30 days prior to the event.)
  • 50% payment of estimated food order/guest count is due 7 business days prior to the event.
  • Final payment is due 48 hours prior to delivery with cash, personal check or credit card.
Service fees or adjustment to the final bill after the event may need to be billed or credited.
