The Kitchen Hearth Catering Office is located at 167 Badger Road,
just off the Rimrock Road beltline exit in Madison, WI.
Our sales staff is available from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday-Friday or
anytime by appointment. We recommend you call our office at
608-226-9593 and arrange a meeting with our Catering Director to
discuss your event. Once you select your menu and make decisions
on the level of staff services you need from us, a cost estimate
will be provided for your review.

Once you decide to use Kitchen Hearth for your event, we recommend
that you reserve the date immediately. We require a deposit of
$100 to reserve your date in our schedule. If you find you must
cancel your event, we require a notice of 30 days before your
event to refund your deposit.

For large parties, wedding receptions and other special events,
we provide up to two hours of complimentary planning time,
including an on-site visit, to assure all your arrangements
have been carefully reviewed. If your event planning requires
consultation beyond two hours, the charge is $25 per hour.
For staff services beyond delivering your food, such as buffet
set-up, buffet serving, or cleanup, the charge is $20 an hour
per staff person. When you choose full on-site staff service,
depending on the level of service, a 18-20% gratuity is added to
your bill. On-site chef service is $25 per hour per chef. The
Catering Director's on site service charge is $25 per hour.

All equipment for food service, plastic plates, bowls, eating
utensils, cups, paper/plastic tablecloths and napkins are
included in these menus. Linen tablecloths and skirting are
available for your buffet tables at an additional charge.
If you choose formal, china plated table service from our staff,
additional charges are incurred.
Kitchen Hearth also has available a very upscale line of
rigid white and clear plasticware that looks like china for a cost of
$2.50 per person.
